  • Payment Information: When purchasing virtual chips or a King's Pass subscription, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive a Stripe customer ID and transaction confirmation.
  • Usage Data: Game session data, game results, chip transaction history, and timestamps of activity.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and session cookies necessary for authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
  • Process virtual chip purchases and King's Pass subscriptions
  • Display your username and chip balance on public leaderboards

4. Virtual Currency — Important Notice

Virtual Chips Have No Real-World Value

All chips and virtual currency within Kingdom Arcade are solely for entertainment purposes within the Service. Virtual chips: (a) have no monetary value; (b) cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred for real money, goods, or services; (c) are not refundable; (d) are not your property and may be modified or removed at our discretion. This Service does not constitute gambling under applicable law, as no real money is wagered and no real prizes are awarded.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Stripe, Inc.: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Manus (OAuth Provider): For authentication. Subject to Manus's privacy terms.
